We are pet friendly at Proximity. We allow up to 2 pets in the home with a maximum weight of 100 lbs each. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $20/month per pet. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.

No aggressive breeds or mixes of them, and an 80-pound weight limit.

Our minimum lease term is 4 months.

$75 application fee per person or per guarantor, $150 Reservation Fee, Security deposit starts at $250 and goes up to a full months' rent depending on credit, employment & rental/homeownership history.

At move-in it is certified funds only (cashier's check or money order), after that, they can pay online, with personal check, certified funds, or with a credit/debit card with a 2.5% fee.

$125 Utility package that is for valet trash, pest control & cable/internet (required).

Nothing is included in the rental amount.

Yes, renters insurance is required.

A 7-day max is allowed for all guests, anything over that will need to be approved by management or added to the lease contract.

Yes, public transportation is nearby at the Bees Ferry Walmart about .7 miles away.
